How to Reserve Our Discounted Special Promotional Rates Using Promo Codes

On each page of our website there is a Reserve Online link which takes you to our secure booking system and real-time availability calendar. By inserting the Promo Code for a particular discount, you will receive the applicable percent savings off our published rates as listed on the Rooms & Rates page.

If the resulting message shows no availability, check that you entered the correct Promo Code and try again. If you still receive an error, there may be no availability at all on the dates you selected, or just no availability at the discounted rate. You may still be able to make a reservation at the published rate by leaving the Promo Code field blank.

General Terms and Conditions

Rates are based on 2 persons per room per night. Additional guests are charged $15 per night. Children under six stay free.

All rates include a full breakfast.

Costa Rican tax of 13% is additional.

Note that our published rates are for cash payments. Credit card companies charge us a fee, which we pass on to customers. If you’d like to avoid this 5% additional surcharge, you may settle your bill at checkout with cash. We accept US dollars and Costa Rican colones. There is an ATM in town.

Deposit Requirements

A valid Visa or MasterCard guarantee is required to hold a reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy

If canceling more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a $20.00 USD cancellation fee per room will be charged to your credit card. If canceling within 30 days of your arrival date, a cancellation fee of one to two nights per room plus 13% sales tax will be charged to your credit card. (Two night cancellation charge applies December 16-January 4).
