General Terms and Conditions

Rates are based on 2 persons per room per night. Additional guests are charged $15 per night. Children under six stay free.

All rates include a full breakfast.

Costa Rican tax of 13% is additional.

Credit card companies charge us a fee, which we pass on to customers. If you’d like to avoid this additional surcharge, you may settle your bill at checkout with cash or travelers checks. We accept US dollars and Costa Rican colones. There is an ATM in town.

 

Deposit Requirements

Deposits are required to reserve accommodation. Prepayment of the first night’s stay will hold your space until arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit (less $20 cancellation fee) will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that if you decide not to use all of the nights that you had reserved, those unused nights are subject to payment.
