Deluxe Room Our Deluxe Rooms, located in the main building, are bright, spacious and contemporary. Each room features a large picture window and private balcony or deck. Casita Zombia The Casita Zombia is a separate bungalow studio apartment with kitchenette. It has one queen size and one double bed with orthopedic mattresses. Casita Serenoa A separate bungalow with one bedroom plus combined full kitchen and living area, the Casita Serenoa's location is high on a hillside with wonderful views of the lake, rainforest and mountains from your private deck. Casita Latania The Casita Latania is a separate bungalow with one bedroom plus a combined full kitchen and living area. The  location is very high on a hillside with spectacular views of lake, rainforest and mountains from your private deck. 13% Costa Rican sales tax is additional.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on decks and balconies.

Pets are not permitted.

If canceling more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a $20.00 USD cancellation fee per room will be charged to your credit card. If canceling within 30 days of your arrival date, a cancellation fee of one to two nights per room plus 13% sales tax will be charged to your credit card. (Two night cancellation charge applies December 20-January 5).

After you have begun your stay, if you decide not to use all of the nights you have reserved, the unused nights are subject to full payment.
